Kushal holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and boasts over 17 years of diverse experience in IT, spanning various technologies, business domains, and roles. He has worked with top IT companies such as Capgemini and Wipro.
During his tenure with Capgemini PLC as a Senior Engagement Manager in the UK for McDonald’s Global account, Kushal successfully established and expanded the team to over 100 members within four years. He also served as the Transformation Director and Chief Architect for McDonald’s digital transformation program across EMEA, Asia, and the USA. Previously, at Wipro, he worked with financial giants like Lehman Brothers and UBS as a Key Transformation Lead, operating across the UK, Switzerland, Singapore, and India.
