He oversaw the transition of the account’s team from Wipro’s competitors and managed P&L responsibilities across the portfolio. He has also served as a Transformation Director and Presales Team Manager for banking testing across EMEA, the US, and North America for Wipro. His extensive experience has provided him with a deep understanding of recruitment dynamics across Wipro and other clients.
Additionally, Amit is the Founder and CEO of ORANGIDO, a mobile AI-based service platform startup set to launch soon in the UK and Europe.
Based in London, UK, Kushal Warwatkar serves as the COO and Head of Europe Recruitments at Pracyva Limited, a global IT consulting and services company specializing in recruitment support.
Kushal holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and boasts over 17 years of diverse experience in IT, spanning various technologies, business domains, and roles. He has worked with top IT companies such as Capgemini and Wipro.
During his tenure with Capgemini PLC as a Senior Engagement Manager in the UK for McDonald’s Global account, Kushal successfully established and expanded the team to over 100 members within four years. He also served as the Transformation Director and Chief Architect for McDonald’s digital transformation program across EMEA, Asia, and the USA. Previously, at Wipro, he worked with financial giants like Lehman Brothers and UBS as a Key Transformation Lead, operating across the UK, Switzerland, Singapore, and India.
